Q:  What is NationalBluegrass.com?

A:  NationalBluegrass.com is a website that was designed to support the bluegrass community by providing it with an active directory of performers, venues, and events.  An active directory means that as performer's and venue's schedules change, so does the directory.  The result is one location where any information about the bluegrass community can be found and is always up to date.

Q:  Why should I use NationalBluegrass.com?

A:   NationalBluegrass.com's goal is provide the bluegrass fan with information not only about their local area and favorite performers, but also any events or performers they may not otherwise hear about, giving them the opportunity to support new bands on the rise.  Your use of NationalBluegrass.com as the source of your bluegrass information supports the community as a whole.

Q:   How does NationalBluegrass.com work?

A:   NationalBluegrass.com hosts a vast network of bluegrass performers and venues that host bluegrass events.  As each performer or venue becomes a member of our network, they begin to add their events to our ever growing national calendar.  We do not show favoritism to any band or venue, which means whether a perfomer is just taking off or has been a legend for decades, their events will stand side by side on the calendar so the bluegrass fan may see.

Q:   Why can't I see the map that is supposed to be on the front page?

A:   The map on the front page uses software call Flashplayer by Adobe.  If the map does not display when you visit the front page of the site, you either do not have Flashplayer installed or your device does not support it.  You can check to see if your device supports Flashplayer and install it from HERE.
